I had hip replacement surgery in December and was referred to Central Coast Home Healthcare for physical therapy during my recovery. I couldn't have been more pleased with with their care, responsiveness and attention to my specific recovery goals and challenges. They were positive and encouraging but also challenging. I would highly recommend them to anyone on the central coast.

After a total knee replacement April was Susan's physical therapist. We couldn't have been more pleased. Prompt, professional, caring, gentle and humorous. Susan made great strides and now less than three weeks after surgery she is walking unassisted almost a mile a day.

Possibly the worst hospice care organization on the planet. Avoid these animals at all costs.

Strike two for CCHH. Only came out once after surgery. Promised a second visit by a nurse within 2-3 days as well as dressing supplies which never arrived. This same scenario happened in November as well. Totally disorganized and unreliable company. Use with caution. It's like they don't think we are important clients.

The staff at CCH could not have been more caring or compassionate. They provided excellent service and kept us updated on every detail, from her health concerns to comfort to social visits. Through their care, and with a change of medication their doctor provided, my mom not only regained her health but she thrived. My family is very appreciative of the great care they provided, and would recommend them to anybody!

I am a home health nurse for Central Coast Home Health. This is the best company I've ever worked for! This is the most caring company with the best will do attitude! They care for their patients and are willing to do everything they can to help them heal, learn to take care of themselves, be safe, and even help the family. This is the only company I will use for my family.

My sister passed in August 2014. The hospice nurses are the best. They helped me through this when no one else could, especially Nurse Cindy

Central Coast Home Health provided my mother with a skilled nurse to monitor blood pressure and basic vitals and a physical therapist to improve mobility after her brief stay in the hospital. The staff was kind and contributed positively in her recuperation. I would recommend Central Coast Home Health for their supportive services in future.

I have worked for this company as a home health nurse for 6 years. It is one of the best companies I have worked for. They are organized and fast at getting things done in the office so us nurses can do our job to our best ability.

I was discharged after 4 days at Sierra Vista Hospital (major surgery) to Central Coast in home Health. I had a physical therapist, an Occupational Therapist and an RN. All three of these ladies were extremely helpful, kind, informative and professional. I immediately began to improve and my pain continued to be manageable. I was given all the tools to recover well and become independent again. I would highly recommend CC Home Health to anyone needing assistance after discharge.

My recently deceased wife was recently admitted to the home hospice program. The service we received was exceptional. All our interactions with Staff were positive. Whenever we had a question or a request, it was addressed promptly. We live in rural Cayucos and were surprised and pleased to find that deliveries were often made on the same day they were requested by the nurse. Thanks very much for a job well done.

I have had the privilege of working for this company for nearly 10 years now. Over the years I have witnessed the compassion of our Nurses and Therapist in the field. Daily I hear how wonderful and helpful our staff is and how happy our patients are with us. I would highly recommend Central Coast Home Health to anyone looking for knowledgable staff and people who genuinely love their patients.

If I were the only person in my family making the decision whether or not to continue using this company, I'd drop them like a hot rock and look for another hospice service. I am reasonably satisfied with the nurses who come to take care of my mom, they seem genuinely caring and compassionate. They come when they're scheduled to and are pretty consisitent. However, the person who is supposed to come to give my mom bed-baths is very unreliable and inconsistent. She says she'll come on a given day and then doesn't show up or even call to say she's not coming. Then she'll show up some other day without any notice that she's coming. Additionaly, the communication within this company is a disaster. I've left messages for particular people only to find out later they never got the message. I've also left numerous voice messages for the supervisor who is responsbile for the bed-bath person and that person has yet to return any of my calls. So, if it weren't for the nurses, I'd probably give this company only 1 star, and even then that would be too generous. If you have any options of other hospice services, you might consider them first.

CCHHC is WONDERFUL!! we have our 91 yr old mother living w/us w/health concerns enemia/copd/+others needed a blood draw from one of her Drs and after calling the NEXT day Samantha and trainie Holy came over drew blood checked all meds /vitals/ i was thoroughly impressed w/the care she revieved. THANK YOU cchhc!!!! I forgot also Chris & Laura Has bern here 4 times each for physical and occupational therapy they are FANTASTIC at doing their jobs as well.

Couldn't be happier with cchc Candace was the best in home nurse that I had .she was very pleasant and thorough.she took pride in her job

We contacted Central Coast Hospice as soon as we realized that my 90 year old Mother was dying. The Chaplain immediately came several times as did the nurse. Mom's passing was very quick - just three days. At my request CC Hospice sent a wonderful guitarist who came on Saturday and played and sang folk music for at least two hours while our entire family gathered. We celebrated our Mother/Grandmother/Great-grandmother singing with him, sharing memories, eating and toasting while stroking her hair, holding her hand and loving her. The relief, comfort and presence CC Hospice provided was inestimable for both Mom and our family.
