What is a Grief Support Group?
A grief support group is a meeting of people, all of whom have experienced the death of a loved one. There is no need to enroll and there is no cost to join the group.
CENTRAL COAST HOSPICE SUPPORT GROUPS:
Santa Maria – meets at the Mussell Senior Center
510 East Park Avenue in Santa Maria
Monday’s at 1:00 PM in the Conference Room
San Luis Obispo – meets at the SLO Senior Center
1445 Santa Rosa Street in SLO
Tuesday’s at 2:00 PM in the Conference Room
Morro Bay – meets at the Morro Bay Senior Center
1001 Kennedy Way in Morro Bay
Wednesday’s at 2:00 PM
Paso Robles – meets at the Paso Senior Center
270 Scott Street in Paso Robles
Friday’s at 10:00 AM
*All groups meet EVERY WEEK other than Holiday’s or any day that the Senior Center is
closed.
**Anyone is welcome, whether you’ve had someone on CCH care or not, but you must call
805-540-6020 and speak with a Bereavement Counselor prior to attending, to be sure this
group is the right fit for you.
***There is no fee or commitment requirements to be a part of the group.
